The McBurney Center is located at 702 West Johnson Street, near the northwest corner of West Johnson and Lake Streets across from Lot 46, Witte Hall, and Gordon Commons.View of glass entrance doors to McBurney Center and Office of Admissions at 702 W Johnson St We are on the second floor in Suite 2104. Visitors can access McBurney via an elevator or staircase in the entrance vestibule, or a second interior elevator that also serves the University Square Building’s parking lot (lot entrance is on Lake Street between University and Johnson).

There is parking in private, campus, and city ramps, as well as nearby on-street metered parking. Visitors are responsible for parking fees.

  1. University Square Ramp – Self service kiosk (enter on Lake Street):
    • Standard, disabled and van-accessible stalls
    • Park in stalls located in the southeast corner of the ramp to reach the McBurney Center and Admissions. Internal elevator access to 702 W. Johnson is available during business hours. Access to this lot is limited after hours (midnight to 6 a.m.).
  2. UW Lot 46 Ramp – Meters
  3. City of Madison State Street Campus Garage (Lake Street Ramp) Attendant or self service kiosk (two blocks north on Lake Street):
